I have been having a play with the trial version of Topaz denies 5 and have beed quite impressed with it.

I dont have that one but I do have Topaz Adjust, InFocus and Remask and they are fabulous especially the Adjust plugin.

I've got adjust as well and that is what made me look at the denoise, both are worth having.

Do you think it is better than you can do manually in Photoshop or Lightroom. I had a demo, but did not invest because it was faster and better by hand.

I have been playing with LR4 and I can get the same result from LR as I get from Topaz and LR is a lot quicker.
