Adobe have released updates to ACR v8.5 and Lightroom 5.5. Caution advised !!!!!! Many many folks seem to be having problems with the LR 5.5 update - I did on my iMac and I'm waiting to load it on my macbook. I would NOT use the auto update. If you download the update manually, it seems to work fine for most people. Tom

I always download the standalone updater as I have multiple machines to update. I have been using the LR5.5 this afternoon without issue after the update. That said the new version the Maps (Geotagging of images) doesnt seem to work like before.
