I suppose if you are shooting close up at f2.8 or wider on a prime lens, it is significant. I just never got enthusiastic about this degree of fine tuning, primarily because I often use zooms and usually wide angle scenery shots. ...so not as useful.

I think that the current process has a weakness in that it doesnt handle zooms very well.

For me it makes more sense if you are using telephotos.
I will see how my D800 and D600 perform with the 200-500 when it arrives next week.

Watched a clip on youtube about it, looks a simple process.
