Naughty Squirrel! Lovely mugshots although that's a grey isn't it? I suppose there are no red Squirrels left so far South.

It is not the southness but the number of greys! There are red squirrels pretty much everywhere in the forests in Spain as there are no grey squirells.

The pixs are good but not too keen on them. Sadly they are moving into the valley at Ravenglass and as a result the reds are on the way out.

Need to introduce more pine martens They feed on squirrels but the greys are not as agile at evading these voracious predators....so get nabbed a lot easier.

Agree about the pine martins and more Goshawks as they take the Greys for the same reason as the pine martins

Put one of our sunflowers up for the birds who had some but 3 of your friends turned up and are making short work of it and plenty of mess below. Attachment: Theft.jpg (Downloaded 13 times)

We've got two pair not far from me but it's kept quite but grey numbers are dropping.
