1. Go to Attachment at bottom of the post reply page (if you do a Quick Reply this feature is not available) until after you save the post then you need to edit it immediately.
2. Click the Browse button. This allows you to find where the the file that you want to upload is on your computer. Please dont upload huge files. Ones that are <1Mb or preferably smaller, about 300kb are very visible if saved at 72dpi and 800pixels longest side).
3. When you click the Post button your file will be uploaded and the post made.
If you want to display an image that is not on the forum server but that is present on another server then you can use the UBB codes.
The first code set displays a link, the second displays the image.
