I have a D3 and a D3s that I am going to trade in. Both U.S. units. They are both in very good condition and I have all of the original boxes and documentation. They each also have the ReallyRightStuff L brackets. If there is any interest in them, please let me know. RL

Rick, Do you know how to determine number of clicks? I am leaving town in the morning. I will try to send photos before I leave. RL

If you have Photoshop, look at the EXIF, in the detail section, it will be there, it might show up in Lightroom though I'm not sure about that, also the Nikon software may show it.

rlevy wrote: Rick, There is a small freeware program called Preview Extractor with the shutter count as a basic function. Just shoot a JPEG and get the Shutter count option to open the file. Ive attached a copy of the program (PC) in the zip here... Attachment: preview extractor.ZIP (Downloaded 10 times)

They make one specifically for the D4. The one for the D3 and D3s does not fit.

Congratulations on the new D4. I would have really liked to have gotten either the D3 or D3s you had but getting my wifes approval got in the way.

Where were you Jonathan when I was searching for good answers to her questions as to why she needed to carry a heavier camera? Maybe the answer is to slowly add lead discs to the bottom of the D7000 so she would never know it was heavier. Time is on my side.
