Hello boys (not sure if there are any other girls on here!). ;-)

Currently in the UK staying at my mum's in the country and have been participating in country life -  and entering some of my photos in a competition. So, I can now call myself and award-winning photographer as I came 1st and 3rd in the "Animals" category and 2nd in "Landscape".

Ok, I'll come clean, it was part of the local flower show!!! But, I don't have to admit that in public, do I?! LOL  I also won 3rd prize for my fruit scones - against stiff competition from the ladies of the WRI - and 3rd prize for carrot cake. Yayyy...:wine:

Prize money for all entries amounted to the princely sum of 3.20 pounds so I'm not planning early retirement any time soon but I'm enjoying using the phrase "award winning".:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I can make the scones, But the Blackberry jam would be the problem, My aunt and my mom were the only ones that could make it right and they left no info. The commercial stuff can't even come close. Oh well at least I can remember it LOL
