The weirdest thing happen to me. I normally use IE9 and it worked fine on the old site, but when I tried it here, I couldn't get an upload. This morning, I went to a different computer, also using IE9 and it worked. I came back to my usual computer, started Safari and tried to upload - it worked: however IE9, with the same settings as on the alternate machine still won't permit an upload.
