Don´t think I'd have been working in either of those places, Jan and Eric! I have loads of ghost stories from houses that I´ve lived in over the years. In one particularly spooky house, amongst other things, something used to pace up and down in the attic (which had been converted into rooms). Me and my mum were so spooked the first night we heard it that we sent the dog up the stairs, convinced someone was up there. The dog was bemused and went back to bed. There was no-one there of course but we heard the "footsteps" every night. Unfortunately, the attic was the location my dad decided to put the darkroom (this was the 80s). I really wanted to use his sw***y darkroom equipment so had to grit my teeth, play loud music and try not to think of our ghostly resident when I was up there, alone...in the dark.... Gulp!
