Lol. Definitely flying!!! Glad I wasn´t on that plane. It was a fairly bumpy ride getting here on monday and the wind has got progressively worse. We are taking a battering as there is absolutely nothing here to slow the wind. Luckily the barge I'm on is in a relatively sheltered mooring and isn't moving much. Yes, I'm working all through the festive season. No festiving for me. Don't know why they didn't just shut down the site for a few days as at least 2/3 of the personnel have taken leave and the rest of us are there under duress. It's like the Marie Celeste in the office and there's hardly any work to do as so many people are off. Sigh... Unmerry xmas to me!
I seem to remember being in an office with Marie and Celeste one time...wasn't all that bad as I recall.
I used to work as a night security guard in a number of places during my youth. It's amazing how empty offices creak, crack and make noises that create "what the f? " moments....especially if you were just getting a few minutes shut eye in the boardroom. :thumbsup:
