Mine is the same, it wants you to retouch your pix. I have never done this in camera as the originals are overwritten. Don't know if it overwrites the Raw files as well.
If you want magnification yse the + button, a few buttons below the menu button. This can also be used in live view to check manual focus, but is not a digital zoom feature, thankfully;~)
Yes indeed the + button works but on the D800, D3, D3S the centre OK button gives you a magnified view.
