Well I really like this and it would be really good news for us as camera users. No more upgrading of camera body just to get sensor with a few more/less pixels.
It would need some very precise locating system to ensure the sensor is correctly positioned by the person upgrading.
I also wonder if ALL the circuitry will be on the removable module? Will focusing and metering elements that will from time to time also need upgrading be similarly accessible?
