Why not use an adaptor to fit it to the D4? Give Dr. Klause D Schmitt a call, I am sure he will be able to source something or will know where you can get one. I can PM you his eMail if you like Ed.
With an adaptor on a Nikon mount you won't be able to get infinity but I doubt that will be a problem. It will also give you greater that 1:5 magnification...
