Like Tom says there are options but it also depends on which machine you have to do the work on. Apple will not do it for you so it is either an Apple dealer with a good techie or a DIY job. The new Unibody Macs are less deconstructable than the older ones and the MBAir is a nightmare as is the new iMacs. Apple aint making it easier for us to fiddle!
