I've not really looked at many plugins JK, I have Lightroom and Photoshop so move from one to the other if that's what the image requires.

The only plugin I might get is Silver Efex as I'm interested in doing more B&W and reputedly this is very good. I used to use Noise Ninja but since the noise reduction in Lightroom/ACR got so good I haven't bothered with it.

In general if I can do something without a plugin I prefer it, although if I was a pro I might get Portrait Pro for speeds sake.
