I personally think it looks natural. Skin tones change and lighting and shadows happen. You can see them if you look at a persons face. So, you can change her appearance or leave it the way it is but I would leave it. Same with ears and anywhere else the are folds and curves in the skin or body part.
Often times I see photos exhibited by photographers who specialize in portraits and they make so many changes the person or child no longer looks real - too perfect.
Just my own thoughts Robert - I think the photo is great and I like the effect with the presence setting. Nope...don't use LR.
