A Mac?
Don't know Iain, is the PC set up with the appropriate software? I think there is a download for a PC to enable that end of things. It isn't JUST a matter of logging into the iCloud via the internet.
It should just work.
Thats what happens when you mix good with bad.
I think it may be a case of starting from scratch.
