All the clever boys and girls are in offices in the WT where all the high tech companies live or west of Reading at Theale or Swindon. So this leave the city centre shops to be staffed by the less good.
I wont comment further as I'm sure that some of these peoe are equally good but have had lesser opportunites or inclination at the wrong tim in their life.
Be generous to people if you want get the best from them! That doesnt mean give money but kindness of thought and action!
