 As Tom says CS6 has some nice polishing and cleaning up but there are few startlingly new things. The Blur features are quite interesting.

I do think that I could do everything I need to do in Photoshop in CS3 but itis nice to have some of the new features available occasionally.

I do prefer the new dark interface but that is something that should be user customisable not a permanent program feature!
