Tom, I checked out the Adobe forum last evening. You can install on as many computers as you like, but you can only activate two, they can be PC or Mac or one of each. If you need to use a third computer for some reason, you have to de-activate them both, then activate again your choice of two. The computers need to be logged by Adobe every 30 days, Your computer will warn you if it misses being logged, you will then have 7 days before it stops your access to the software. You only need to be connected to the internet for the activation and logging. Unless you are using Cloud storage of course. There are two charge rates, monthly, or yearly. Adobe charge your card every month but with the monthly rate you can opt in and out as you wish by the month. The monthly rate is much higher than the yearly rate, but might work out cheaper if you only need one element of the collection for a specific job... For example having Adobe Premiere to edit a large one off movie.
