The Bridle/ Bridal play on words reminds me of the old joke...
Just married couple book into their honeymoon hotel...
The receptionist asks the Groom "Would you like the Bridal Suite?"
He replies "That is sweet of you, but No. I will grip onto her ears till I get the hang of it"
Now leaving the room.
