Squirrel deterrent up date: The plastic dome does work! No squirrel has been able to navigate the wobbly perspex canopy and they seem to have lost interest in that feeder. Unfortunately, the blackbirds and Doves, having learnt how to hover flapping and grab seeds, are not happily frequenting the squirrel free zone!!!!!!
