At least with the Z series you can use the Sony E adapter - I can't with the F mount and I guess there is no demand to develop an optical adapter to adjust the flange to sensor distance of the Sony lenses.

I have the superb Sony SELP 18-110 and a SIRUI 24mm F2.8 1.33x Anamorphic Lens - both on E mounts for the Sony FS5
