I assume the snap bridge app isn't fast enough for you? As you can use that to pre-focus by tapping etc. but I'm sure that you've already investigated that.
Yes, I have, along with Cascable. Its really not an issue for me as the main purpose of buying this camera was for birding. For anyone considering this camera it is something to be aware of.
