For my flamenco shots I use 3200 ISO and invariably the exposure is usually 1/125 at f4 or there abouts depending on the lighting changes. Since I shoot RAW I can adjust for +/- one or two stops fairly easily and if the lighting is desperately wrong then I just delete the image anyway. Notice the blue pool of UV light shown on the floor on right side. Mixed lighting is an understatement!!. Here is an example of a one of my images taken from a recent shoot.
