Yes best to keep clear of the crowd evn if you are wearing a mask!
It's not just that. There's an element of 'been there got the tee shirt'.
Having lived in this area for over 40years I can remember when 120000 Knot were here, every year.
A warden at Titchwell recently got excited on social media when 6 Long Tailed Duck were seen on the sea at their reserve. We regularly saw hundreds of LTduck along with Scoters, Scaup and all the divers in their hundreds and thousands. Not any more. They are rarely seen.
We had the best of times. That said, everyone should experience these stunning natural events. I think Graham enjoyed the experience.
