What noise? My eye is drawn to the bird as a picture, it sees no noise, the lichen on the branch and I think I can even see you reflected in the birds eye, have you tried blowing up (and reducing the contrast a bit) on the the birds eye? I think you might be surprised... If I examine the grain, yes there is texture but as a viewer of the picture I see only bird and branch, lovely, thank you for posting. The masters such as Turner have brush strokes in their pictures but your eye and brain are drawn to the image not the detail of the texture I think we get too hung up about suchlike, look at the whole, not the minutiae.
