 Graham, have you noticed that the D500 'grain' rendering is different to that of the D800/810?

Or is it me?.
The D800/810 has 'grain' that is more random (irregular shaped) while the D500 has a more regular ball shaped grain!
It is more noticeable in mid-tone/highlight detail areas.
