At first when I read the article, it sounded like the XT1-IR was the same prices a normal XT1...not...it's the same price as buying one and sending it off for conversion, at least that's how I read it.
No worries...IR is still very limited for me and I'm only getting extremely lame shots
JK, I don't think you can off the Nikons...there is a place for both. You won't get anything near what you paid for them. There are still SOME things that are worth lugging the Nikon kit to get it right.
Just my thought...
