Us ing C1 I have never managed to catalog my whole image library of 125000 images as the catalog process chokes at 40-50K. I can catalog all my images with MediaPro or Lightroom or iView.
I know there are others using C1 that have similar sized image libraries but they are on Windows and C1 works for them.
No problem with colour accuracy with C1 from my Nikons or Fuji cameras.
There are default characteristics that can be changed. Is you system colour calibrated? If not then this is a must do item. Try the Datacolor Spyder 4.
ok...thats a large library to try and catalog. I have mine broken up into several smaller ones..
no, never calibrated my monitor. i use a macbook pro for most of my image processing so never bothered but maybe i should.
