Jonathan, I'm quite happy with my 70-300mm vr. There will be no more silly money purchases unless I get a moneybags job very soon lol. The.d810 is already demanding presents and I haven't even got it yet! CF/SD cards and spare batteries for starters, and it's started eyeing up an 85mm f1.8. EEK,!
32gb SD + 32gb CF is what I have in mine plus two spare batteries.
I havent bought the battery grip as the battery lasts well.
