There are now 3 models of x100
The original, the x100s and very recently the x100t
Each has a lot of improvements and in each case some of the improvements are handed down to the older models via firmware updates.
I think the biggest jump was from the x100 to the x100s and that should be pretty heavlily discounted now that the x100t is available.
That said, the x100 had a different sensor and many like the way it handles color better than the new sensor (which handles faster focus).
They are all the ultimate pocket camera as far as I'm concerned...really excellent IQ in all sorts of conditions.
