The Turning Gate stuff that Rich mentioned is relatively cheap and easy to use. They have some very neat on-line store options.
Which reminds me I must do something about setting up a new personal website.

The investment in good and easy to use software usually comes at the price of less 'flexibility' in the layouts as the CSS files are the important styles.
